The Colorado legal community is uniquely committed to taking diversity and inclusiveness efforts in the profession to the next level.

While many legal organizations across the country put diversity efforts on the back burner during the Great Recession, Colorado’s legal community pulled together and intensified efforts to recruit, retain, and advance diverse attorneys. Colorado organizations and legal professionals at all levels have embraced CLI’s innovative programs and initiatives with respect to inclusiveness and, consequently, have become trailblazers on this new frontier for diversity.

CLI's game-changing inclusiveness manual and program - are models for the legal profession and are being implemented in numerous law firms, corporate law departments and government law offices throughout Colorado.
