Benefits of Contributing

Colorado Organizations 

Currently, membership to CLI is limited to organizations based in Colorado since our membership benefits and services logically extend to those in this geographic proximity. 

Other Organizations

 For those outside the state, we'd be glad to discuss ways your organization can begin implementing inclusiveness initiatives in your workplace. To start, we recommend that you subscribe to our online inclusiveness manual Beyond Diversity:  Inclusiveness In The Legal Workplace  at www.legalinclusiveness.org. It's the only "how-to" toolkit for retaining diverse attorneys and provides a step-by-step guide to making your workplace a place where diverse and non-diverse attorneys alike will stay and be successful.

Office Sponsor/Member Level

Cost is based upon attorney numbers at each office location. If you have multiple offices, dues are based on the total number of attorneys in your combined offices.

• 3 Hours of CLI Staff time (Consulting or Presentation)
• 1 free ticket to 3 CLE workshops
• Member pricing for all CLI events, including annual Summit
• Logo on CLI website
• Site licenses to the Inclusiveness Manual website with full access to the online Manual and all resources
• Occasional complimentary member events
• Access to the Inclusiveness Network (members may join at no cost but there are restrictions and requirements):
  • Quarterly meetings with the rest of the cohort
  • Substantive learning with national experts
  • Materials
  • 2 additional hours of staff consulting or presentation time per calendar year
  • Special Network participation recognition on websites, newsletters and materials.
• Participation in special events—for example, in Colorado:
  • Managing Partner/General Counsel membership in the retention initiative; membership for MP/GC in the Deans’ Diversity Council Dinner (2 x per year)

• Free job-posting on the CLI website (new feature coming soon)

Peak Sponsorship - $10,000 - $20,000

• All of the membership benefits listed above
• Special sponsor recognition on the Inclusiveness Manual (logo on the legalinclusiveness.org website and on any hard copies of the manual)

Summit Sponsorship - $20,000+

• All benefits of membership and Peak sponsorship with the full scope of benefits tailored to fit the organization.
