Since 2008, ten legal organizations in Denver have engaged in ground-breaking work to promote diversity in their workplaces by participating in the Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence (CCIE) inclusiveness program. CCIE is a nonprofit corporation committed to increasing diversity in the legal profession. It “acts as a clearinghouse for information on diversity best practices and supports legal offices in their efforts to adopt the principles of inclusive excellence” by actively recruiting, educating, and supporting private and public sector legal organizations in their efforts to create cultures of inclusion.
