Committee for Balanced Legal Careers

The Colorado Bar Association's Committee for Balanced Legal Careers focuses on creating new models for practicing law in the future that address important issues and demographic realities to provide a more balanced work environment. 

The CBLC regularly sponsors programs in partnership with CLI on the topic of work/life balance. Most recently, the CBLC partnered with CLI to present the workshop "Dispelling Myths & Addressing Bias To Achieve Attorney Work/Life Balance" at CLI's Fall CLE Expo on November 1, 2012.
